In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise.

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account on km7777, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the Platform:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. km7777 does not accept registrations from individuals under this age and treats any underage registration as void from inception.
2. You are accessing the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only and not on behalf of any third party.
3. You are not an employee, director, officer, or close relative of an employee, director, or officer of km7777 or any of its affiliated studios or payment providers.
4. You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is expressly prohibited under applicable national law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
5. You have not previously had an Account terminated by km7777 for breach of these Terms.
6. You are acting on your own account and not as an agent, trustee, or nominee for any other person.

km7777 reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying any of the above eligibility criteria at any time. Failure to provide such evidence within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending resolution.

Each player is permitted to hold one Account only on the km7777 platform. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any outstanding balances.

During registration, you are required to provide:

KYC Verification: Before processing any withdrawal, km7777 requires all Players to complete identity verification. You will be asked to provide a government-issued ID (KTP or passport), proof of address, and — where applicable — proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Deposits:

• Minimum deposit via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): Rp 20.000.
• Minimum deposit via bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI): Rp 50.000.
• Deposits are credited to your Account instantly for e-walets and within seconds for bank transfers during standard banking hours.
• km7777 accepts deposits only from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that was previously used to make a deposit into the same Account, or to a method that has been verified as belonging to the Account holder during KYC.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes for most supported channels. Processing times may be extended during scheduled maintenance windows or during peak demand periods around major Indonesian public holidays.
• km7777 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before releasing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above standard thresholds.
• Bonus Funds that have not yet satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement cannot be withdrawn and will be forfeited if a withdrawal is initiated before requirements are met.

In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by km7777:

1. Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified Players who meet the specific eligibility criteria stated for each offer. km7777 reserves the right to exclude any Player from any promotion at its discretion.
2. One bonus per offer: Unless otherwise stated, each Player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times using multiple accounts will result in forfeiture and account termination.
3. Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement as stated in the relevant promotion. The Wagering Requirement must be met in full within the stated validity period before any associated winings can be withdrawn.

7. Expiry: Bonus Funds and any associated free spins expire after the period stated in the promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically removed from the Account.

• Any loss arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms, including eligibility requirements.
• Any third-party content, links, or services accessible through or in connection with the Platform.
• Any delay in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by payment providers, banking infrastructure, or Indonesian public holidays affecting bank operating hours.

Where km7777's liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, km7777's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the value of the net deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit km7777's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

km7777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, collusion, or use of prohibited software.
• A Player's request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming programme.
• km7777's decision to withdraw services from a particular jurisdiction or market segment.

Upon termination for breach, km7777 may forfeit the entire Account Balance including any Bonus Funds, and shall not be obligated to provide a reason for termination. Where an Account is closed at the Player's own request — and provided no breach of Terms has occurred — any remaining real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met Wagering Requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 5 business days.

km7777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, km7777 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by posting a prominent notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending an email notification to the registered address on the Player's Account.

Notwithstanding the above, km7777 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
